HMM NOTICE ! - ( NPARKS - PET FOOD )新加坡宠物食品需提供保函

各位尊敬的客户：

      自2026年3月16日起，韩新海运（HMM）出口经新加坡中转的宠物食品需提供附件保函（简称：LOU）。烦请各位客户在办理提单签发手续时提供相应保函至代理处，如有问题，请及时联系船东，感谢配合！

     Regarding Pet Food application, Singapore NPARKS now require a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) to replace the Health Certificate, Manufacturer Declaration, and Ingredients List, effective from: March 16, 2026.

Please be informed that the shipper is required to complete the attached LOU format and submit it to HMM starting on March 16, 2026.

** To apply for the permit, the shipper must provide the documents listed below starting March 16, 2026.
1、Bill of lading
2、8 DIGIT HS CODE –
3、LOU  ( LOU will replace Health Certificate, Manufacturer declaration, and ingredients list )
4、Invoice
5、Packing list
6、Targeted discharger at SGSIN

Revised Guide for C/A deadline of Brazil Imports Shipments
Effective Date: Immediate

This is revised guide for C/A deadline of Brazil import shipments from all origin ports in order to prevent Brazil Customs penalty.
Any change to a B/L after custom manifest deadline will be subject to customs penalty. (This includes updates to charges (THD, ISPS, etc))

Brazil Custom Penalty per B/L: BRL 5,000 (approx. USD 950)
Official Brazil Custom Rule: Manifest submission until 48 hrs prior to VSL arrival at the first Brazilian port.

C/A must be done within 15 calendar days prior to arrival at first Brazil port.
*Freight forwarders also should do submission by EDI for their House B/L based on carriers’ data to Brazil customs, too.

Prior to the 1st calling at first Brazil port and as of C/A completion date, not C/A REQ date.
15 Calendar days: Proceed C/A.
14-3 Calendar days: POL office must contact POD office to communicate that C/A was issued, and in case of risk of penalties POD will alert POL.
2 Calendar day (48 hrs prior to 1st BR calling): Official Brazil Custom I/B manifest deadline.
2 Calendar day~After 1st BR calling: 100% penalty, so penalty amount of BRL 5,000 (approx.. USD 950) including correction fee
