      自2026年3月16日起，韩新海运（HMM）出口经新加坡中转的宠物食品需提供附件保函（简称：LOU）。烦请各位客户在办理提单签发手续时提供相应保函至代理处，如有问题，请及时联系船东，感谢配合！

     Regarding Pet Food application, Singapore NPARKS now require a Letter of Undertaking (LOU) to replace the Health Certificate, Manufacturer Declaration, and Ingredients List, effective from: March 16, 2026.

Please be informed that the shipper is required to complete the attached LOU format and submit it to HMM starting on March 16, 2026.

** To apply for the permit, the shipper must provide the documents listed below starting March 16, 2026.
1、Bill of lading
2、8 DIGIT HS CODE –
3、LOU  ( LOU will replace Health Certificate, Manufacturer declaration, and ingredients list )
4、Invoice
5、Packing list
6、Targeted discharger at SGSIN
