This is to inform you to comply with below requirements on SI for cargo to all Algerian ports with immediate
effect based on POD new customs systems.
即?起，据阿尔及利亚海关最新要求，请按如下要求提供正确 SI 信息。

1. For Consolidated cargo involving House BLs, each HBL Number must be indicated, along with HBL shipper's
name, HBL consignee name, consignee address and Tax ID, cargo description, HS Code, number of packs, gross
weight, etc. in the body of the MSC MBL. If multiple HS code is involved, cargo must be broken down with 6
different digits.
如涉及货代单(HBL)的拼箱货，提单上需显示 HBL 单号及 HBL 发货?公司名，HBL 收货?公司 名、地址及
税号，品名，商编，件数，?重等信息；如有多个 HS code 且前 6 位不同，需分列品名件?体。

* 特别注意 HBL NUMBER 必须提供。

We have recently received multiple cases from POD on declaration and customs-clearance issues arising from
missing such information.
我司近期收到多起?的港反馈案例，因该类信息缺失，在?的港引发申报、清关相关问题。

Please also be advised that this requirement applies to all consolidated cargo, not only vehicle-related shipments.
另请知悉，该要求适?于所有拼箱货物，并?仅针对汽?类货物。

2. Except for the above conditions, each container needs to provide HS Code with minimum 6 digits, but no
request to break down.
如不涉及货代单(HBL)的拼箱货, 每个集装箱也需提供?少?个6 位数HS code，但?需分列。

3. The NIF/TAX ID of consignee (final receiver) is mandatory on bill
收货人(最终接收方)的 NIF/TA ID 必显示在提单上
Practice of manifesting NIF for SI via MH8 and Xiamen Penavico: Import Licence Number must include the NIF
number (only the numbers, remove the reference “TAX ID”).
通过 MH8 或外代提交SI 时，NIF/TAX ID 需要录在固定位置 Import Licence Number（只允许显示纯数字，不
允许显示任何前缀）。  

4. Vehicles
Commodity cargo line needs to be breakdown (with related full vehicle details, HS code, number of
packages, gross weight, measurement, etc.) per vehicle under each container.
单柜装载超过一辆车，货物信息需按一车一条货物信息分列录入补料，每辆车需分列品名（包括
完整车辆信息）、商编、件数、毛重及体积等。
When vehicles are loaded into containers, please provide below for each vehicle:
对于出?的每辆交通?具，必须在提单品名栏处按以下格式正确录?所列全部信息

Vehicle chassis number (Mandatory)
Vehicle registration number Manufacturer (Mandatory)
Model (Mandatory)
Type of vehicle (Mandatory)
Year of Manufacture (Mandatory)
Number of engine cylinders
Total loaded weight (Mandatory)
If imported by a natural person (individual) provide his N.I.N (National Identification Number) with 18 digits.

HBL NUMBER (Mandatory)

We hereby remind that vehicle shipments to Algeria are mostly consolidated cargo involving different final
receivers. Corresponding HBLs must be provided, and the actual HBL number for each shipment / each vehicle
shall be truthfully filled in.
特此再次提醒：发往阿尔及利亚的?辆运输业务?多为涉及多位不同收货?的拼装货，必须提供对应的
HBL 分单，且每票货物 /每台?辆对应的实际 HBL 单号须如实填报。
