a) That we have taken note of  the particulars of the Sea Waybill stated above and the terms and conditions of the Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., Geneva applicable thereon as mentioned on the reverse side of the Bill of Lading stated above;
b) That we accept the terms and conditions of Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., Geneva to be applicable and that we consider ourselves bound by said terms and conditions against release or delivery of the Goods described in the Sea Waybill stated above;

c) That we accept to be party to the contract of carriage laid down in the Sea Waybill stated above as a condition to release or delivery of the Goods described in the Sea Waybill stated above to us or any third party assigned by us or acting as servant or (independent) subcontractor to us;

d) That we have, as the case may be, informed servants or (independent) subcontractors appointed by us or acting on our behalf, about the aforementioned terms and conditions being applicable to the release and delivery of the goods described in the Sea Waybill stated above.

We take note that for easy reference these terms and conditions are always available in MSC Internet site http://www.mscgva.ch/bl_terms/seawaybill_terms.html .

We furthermore confirm that we shall hold the Carrier under the Sea Waybill stated above free and harmless in respect of liability incurred by the Carrier or any loss or damage that the Carrier may suffer, as the case may be, caused by or as a result of release and delivery of the goods described in the Sea Waybill stated above to the undersigned.
