MSC NOTICE -- Updated Import Local Requirement -ALGERIA (ALL ALGERIAN PORTS)

Dear Customers,
尊敬的客户，

This is to inform you to comply with below requirements on SI for cargo to all ALGERIAN ports with immediate effect based on POD new customs systems.
即日起，据阿尔及利亚海关最新要求，请按如下要求提供正确提单补料信息。

1. For Consolidated cargo involving House Bills, each House Bill Number must be indicated, along with House Bill shipper's name, House Bill consignee’s name, consignee’s address and Tax ID,
cargo description, HS Code, number of packages, gross weight, etc. in the body of the MSC Master Bill. If multiple HS Code involved, cargo must be broken down with the first different 6 digits.

如涉及货代提单(HBL)的拼箱货，船东提单上需显示货代提单单号及货代提单发货人公司名，货代提单收货人公司名、地址及税号，品名，海关编码，件数，毛重等信息；
多个HS Code，且前 6 位不同，分别列出对应品名、件数、毛重、体积。

2. Except for the above condition, each container needs to provide HS Code with a minimum of 6 digits, but no request to break down.

如不涉及货代提单(HBL)的拼箱货, 每个集装箱也需提供至少一个6位数HS Code，但无需对货物对应数据进行细分。

1. NIF/TAX ID
Practice of manifesting NIF/TAX ID: IMPORT LICENCE NUMBER must include the NIF/TAX ID number (only the numbers, remove the reference “NIF/TAX ID”).

在IMPORT LICENCE NUMBER栏处录入NIF/TAX ID时，只允许录入纯数字，不允许录入任何前缀。

2. Vehicles
When vehicles are loaded into containers, please provide below information for each vehicle:
对于出口的交通工具，必须在提单品名栏处按以下格式正确录入所列全部信息.

Vehicle chassis number (Mandatory)

Vehicle registration number

Manufacturer (Mandatory)

Model (Mandatory)

Type of vehicle (Mandatory)

Year of Manufacture (Mandatory)

Number of engine cylinders

Total loaded weight (Mandatory)

Please contact your clients to make sure comply with the POD Customs Regulation. This email is only a friendly reminder. If there is any update from POD Customs later,
please implement the update in time and comply with them strictly. We will follow up your SI request directly and any incorrect data will cause extra cost or responsibility, which is on your account. We will not verify with you again.
