Referred to the import requirement for POD ECUADOR, please read below carefully and comply with on your S/I.
请查阅如下?的港厄?多尔要求，请仔细阅读并严格遵守。

1.RUC (TAX ID) number
Consignee Requirements（收货人要求）
The Consignee must be a local entity. A valid 13-digit RUC number is mandatory and must be shown on B/L consignee field.
收货人必须为当地实体。必须提供有效的 13 位 RUC 税号并体现在提单收货人处。

Notify Party Requirements（通知人要求）
If the Notify Party is a local entity, a valid 13-digit RUC number must be declared on the B/L under the Notify Party section only.
如通知人为当地实体，仅需在提单通知人栏位显示有效的 13 位 RUC 税号。

To Order B/L Requirements（To Order 提单要求）
For Bills of Lading issued as “To order of” an Ecuadorian company or bank, a valid 13-digit RUC number must be declared on the B/L under the Notify Party section.
对于签发为“To order of 厄瓜多尔当地公司或银行”的提单，必须提供13 位有效的 RUC 税号并体现在提单通知人处。

For Bills of Lading issued as “To order”, “To order of shipper”, or “To order of a foreign company”, no RUC number must be declared under the Consignee section.
In such cases, a valid 13-digit RUC number of the Notify Party must be declared on the B/L under the Notify Party section only.
对于签发为“To order”、“To order of shipper”或“To order of 境外公司的提单，不得在提单收货人处体现RUC税号。
在此类情况下，仅需提供通知人有效的 13 位 RUC 税号并体现在提单上。

The RUC must be declared strictly as 13 digits only, without any additional letters, prefixes, or descriptions.
RUC 必须严格以 13 位数字形式申报（且有效），不得添加任何字母、前缀或说明等。

Special Cases（特殊情况）
For diplomatic shipments, a passport number may be declared instead of RUC. These cases are subject to Customs review on a case-by-case basis.
对于外交货物，可使用护照号码替代 RUC，但需经海关个案审核确认。

Important Reminder（重要提醒）
Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in:

Additional costs or fines（额外费用或罚金）
Customs rejection of manifest（舱单被海关拒收）
Delay or failure of cargo discharge（货物延误或无法卸货）

2. Weight limited to a maximum of two decimal places

Local customs regulations stipulate that numerical fields related to weights and values must be limited to a maximum of two decimal places.
Any failure of such requirement will be subject to local amendment procedure which should be issued according to established deadlines.
当地海关规定，与重量相关的数字字段不得超过?数点后两位。请贵司及时复查如未满?此要求请尽快安 排更改。

We strongly recommend that all required information be correctly provided at SI submission stage to avoid
amendments and additional costs.
建议在 SI 递交阶段即确保信息完整准确，以避免后续改单及额外费用。

We will follow up your SI request directly and any incorrect data will cause extra cost or responsibility, which is on your account. We will not verify with you again.
