To ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the Carrier's cargo acceptance requirements, please note the following declaration requirements for Waste Cargo shipments.
为确保货物运输符合相关法律法规及船公司承运要求，现就 Waste Cargo（废弃物货物）订舱申报要求通知如下：

Any booking involving cargo under the HS Codes listed in the attached reference list, or cargo descriptions containing terms such as waste, scrap, residue, off-cuts, or similar wording, will be subject to Waste Cargo review and approval.
凡涉及附件清单所列 HS Code 对应的货物，或品名中包含废料、边角料、废物等字样的订舱申请，均须视为潜在的 Waste Cargo 进行审核。

For such cargo, customers are responsible for confirming and declaring at the time of booking whether the cargo is waste cargo or non-waste cargo. The Carrier will not make any determination on the cargo's classification based on the cargo description, supporting documents, or other information provided by the customer. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate cargo information during the booking stage for review and approval. Until approval has been obtained from the Carrier, container pick-up, stuffing, or any subsequent shipment arrangements should not be made.
对于上述货物，客户须自行核实并在订舱时明确申报所出口货物是否属于废弃物货物或非废弃物货物。船公司不会根据客户提供的货物名称、描述、文件资料或其他相关信息，对货物是否属于废弃物货物作出认定或判断。客户须在订舱阶段提供完整、准确及真实的货物资料供船公司审批进行相应的流程申请。未经船公司审批，客户不得安排提箱、装柜或进行后续出运操作。

If there are any changes to the cargo description, composition, end use, or other declared information after submission, and the updated information falls within the HS Codes mentioned above(or cargo descriptions containing terms such as waste, scrap, residue, off-cuts, or similar wording), a new application must be submitted for further review and approval before shipment.
如后续货物品名、成分、用途或其他相关申报信息发生变更，且更新后的内容涉及上述 HS Code 对应货物（或品名中包含废料、边角料、废物等字样），客人须重新向船公司提交申请并取得审批。

The Carrier reserves the right to reject the shipment, cancel the booking, withhold container release, or take any other necessary action where cargo is loaded without prior approval, or where the cargo information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or incorrectly declared.
未经审批擅自做柜，或存在误报、漏报、瞒报、虚报货物信息等情况的，船公司保留拒绝承运、取消订舱、暂停放箱及采取其他必要措施的权利。

Any risks, losses, additional operational expenses, fines, penalties, detention charges, demurrage charges, or other liabilities arising from inaccurate declarations, non-disclosure, misdeclaration, or non-compliance with the above requirements shall be borne by the customer.
因误报、漏报、瞒报或未遵守上述要求而产生的一切风险、损失、额外操作费用、罚金、罚款、滞箱费、滞港费及相关责任，均由客户自行承担。

We kindly ask all customers to comply with the above requirements and consult with the Carrier in advance before arranging shipments involving such cargo.
请客人严格遵守上述规定，并在接收相关货物订舱前提前与船公司确认。
