As previously advised, cargoes classified as waste cargo must be declared at the booking stage. To help avoid delays during booking review and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, please kindly note the following when submitting a waste cargo booking.
根据我司此前通知，凡属于废弃物（Waste Cargo）的货物，请务必在订舱阶段主动申报。为避免订舱审核延误，并满足相关法规要求，请在提交废弃物货物订舱时注意以下事项。

Cargo Description Must Include Waste Code
货物描述中需注明废弃物代码

When submitting a booking for waste cargo, please include the applicable waste code in the cargo description.
提交废弃物货物订舱时，请在货物描述（Cargo Description）中注明适用的废弃物代码。

Depending on the cargo type and applicable regulatory requirements, please provide the relevant waste code as follows:
请根据货物性质及适用法规要求，按以下情况提供相应的废弃物代码：

Situation 1: Non-EU-Related Shipments  不涉及欧盟运输货物的要求
For shipments NOT destined to, originating from, or transiting through the European Union, the applicable Basel code must be provided where required.
对于目的地、起运地或中转不涉及欧盟地区的货物，如适用，则要提供Basel code.

For example --> Basel Convention Waste Code (e.g. B1010, A3010).

Situation 2: Additional Requirement for EU-Related Shipments 涉及欧盟运输的特别要求
For shipments destined to, originating from, or transiting through the European Union. Besides Basel code, the applicable EWC code must also be provided where required.
对于目的地、起运地或中转涉及欧盟地区的货物，如适用，除Basel code外，还需提供对应的 EWC Code。

For example -->  European Waste Catalogue (EWC) Code (e.g. 10 01 02, 10 03 19*).
                                   Basel Convention Waste Code (e.g. B1010, A3010).

To facilitate a smooth booking review process, please ensure that:
为确保订舱审核顺利进行，请在提交订舱前确认：

* The cargo has been correctly assessed as waste cargo where applicable;
* 已正确判断货物是否属于废弃物货物；

* The relevant waste code has been identified;
* 已确认适用的废弃物代码；

* The waste code is clearly stated in the cargo description.
* 已在货物描述中清晰注明相关代码。
